How to share your photos from iCloud

Thanks! Here’s how to share a lot of photos from your iPhone/iPad using an iCloud Shared Album:

If you already have an existing iCloud shared album:

1. In your Photos app, tap the Albums along the bottom of your screen.

2. Scroll down to the Shared Albums section, and tap the album you want to share with us.

3. Tap the People icon in the top-right of your screen. (Looks like a circle with a person inside.)

4. Tap Invite People

5. In the To: field type hello@shortcakealbums.com.

6. Tap Add.

IF YOU NEED TO CREATE A NEW ICLOUD SHARED ALBUM:

1. First, make sure iCloud Photo Sharing is turned on in your phone/device's settings. 

   • Go to Settings > iCloud > Photos to see if it's turned on.

2. Next, create your new shared album:

   1. Open the Photos app.

   2. Tap the Select button in the top-right corner.

   3. Select a few photos you want to share.

   4. Click the share icon.

   5. Scroll down and select Add to Shared Album

   6. Create a New Shared Album

   7. Enter a name for your new album and tap Next

   8. Type hello@shortcakealbums.com in the To: field. (You’ll need to manually type our email address, but you do not need to add us to your phone’s Contact list)

   9. Tap Next

   10. Tap Post

3. Go back and continue adding photos to your new iCloud shared album, until all the photos you want to share have been added. When you’re done, send us an email at hello@shortcakealbums.com to let us know that all photos have been added. In your email, please also tell us the total number of photos in the shared album, so that we can make sure we have received them all.
